The Art of Bliss

Recharge. Reset. Refocus.

7 Days · 6 Nights August 2–8, 2026 Diamante Valley, Costa Rica From $2,800

A seven-day women's retreat at the edge of the Costa Rican rainforest, designed to slow your pace, sharpen your clarity, and return you to the rhythm of a life you actually want to be living.

The Feeling

From the moment you arrive, the pace softens.

This is a week designed for women ready to step out of the noise and into something quieter, deeper, and more alive. Days unfold between rainforest walks, ocean afternoons, sound and movement, and long meals shared at the table.

The setting holds you. The programming gives you something to lean into when you want it, and space when you don't. By the end, you'll have moved through a complete cycle: arrival, immersion, exploration, and a closing ceremony that asks you to name what you're ready to carry forward.

It is part retreat, part reset, part return to yourself.

The Venue

A private sanctuary in the Diamante Valley

Tucked into the rainforest at the foot of Costa Rica's tallest waterfall, the retreat venue — Vajra Jahra — is a private sanctuary built to disappear into the landscape. Twelve standalone villas with floor-to-ceiling glass, private terraces, and uninterrupted views of the jungle canopy.

An infinity pool. A hot tub. Quiet trails. An open-air dining pavilion where most of the week's meals will be served. Mornings open with birdsong; evenings close with the distant sound of the waterfall.

The Week, Day by Day

Seven days, woven with intention

The arc of the week is designed to move with you. Anchored by Gretchen's R³ practice, with space woven between for the unhurried magic of Costa Rica itself.

Aug 2 · Day One

Arrive & Begin

Arrival at the venue via private transportation, welcome drinks, and unhurried time to settle. Swim, nap, explore, or simply be.

Opening R³ Circle: The 360° Life Assessment

A guided reflection across the many dimensions of a well-lived life. We close the day with a welcome dinner featuring farm-fresh Costa Rican cuisine, followed by a Latin dancing lesson to open the week with movement, laughter, and connection.

Aug 3 · Day Two

Move & Restore

A day focused on embodiment and reconnecting to your natural rhythm. Morning mindful movement practice opens the day.

R³ Session: Intention Setting

A reflective practice to clarify the future you want to create and the feeling state you want your life to hold. A guided rainforest hike and grounding blue clay ritual connect us to the land. Evening at leisure — pool, hammocks, or quiet company.

Aug 4 · Day Three

Whales, Ocean & Wonder

A full day on the Pacific. We head to Bahía Ballena and Marino Ballena National Park for a whale-watching boat tour through one of the longest humpback migration seasons in the world.

Time on the water for swimming, ocean presence, and spaciousness. Throughout the day, gentle reflection on the intentions you're carrying forward. Return to the venue for a relaxed evening.

Aug 5 · Day Four

Slow Living & Creation

A day that invites softness, creativity, and imagination. Slow morning, brunch by the pool.

R³ Vision Board Brunch

A creative session where you translate your intentions into visual form — leaving with something tangible that holds the life you're calling in. Free afternoon for rest, massages, or nature time. Hands-on Costa Rican cooking class in the late afternoon, then a shared dinner of what you've created together.

Aug 6 · Day Five

Regeneration & Awareness

Connection through land, food, and self-awareness.

R³ Session: Regenerative vs. Depleting Living

A practice that helps you see where your energy is being spent, restored, or drained in daily life. A visit to a regenerative farm grounds the conversation in the rhythms of the land itself. Afternoon rest and integration, closing with a wine tasting dinner designed for storytelling and ease.

Aug 7 · Day Six

Wild Beauty & Sacred Closing

A full-spectrum Costa Rica day. A journey to a secret waterfall. A visit to a local artisan market. A beach sunset gathering.

R³ Integration Ceremony & Bonfire
